PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT IF YOU PLACE A  BARRAGE TYPE FIREWORK ON WET GROUND / GRASS ,IT CAN LEAD TO THE FIREWORK FUSE GETTING WET AND MISFIRING . PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ON WET GROUND !

Click and Collect/Pick-up Orders

We can only accept returns of defective products, where proof of defect/failure can be provided i.e a video of the firework failure. In the event that a firework fails to completely fire, we will offer a replacement only if the defective item is returned to us in person. Please do not bring a faulty , part fired

( dud ) firework into the store until it has been submerged in a bucket of water and has been made safe enough to return back to the store.

( please allow it to dry out after submerging in water before bringing it back )

Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns purely as a result of "change of mind" after the delivery or collection of the goods.

You have the right to cancel any online order prior to collection. 

By ordering online from Rotherham Fireworks you are agreeing to buy with the understanding that we will not refund or accept returns on that basis.

When fireworks leave our premises they are beyond our control and returns of that nature could not be resold. In essence they are perishable.   

Your statutory rights are not affected.
