General Terms & Conditions

The terms "We", "Us" and "Our" refer to Rotherham Fireworks, 62-64 Rawmarsh Hill, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S62 6EU. Please read the following terms and conditions and take notice that by pacing an order with us, you agree to all the relevant terms and conditions set out herein.

Upon placing an order on this website, you are not entering into a contract. A contract is only formed between yourself and us when you receive your goods and only for the goods you receive.

By placing an order you confirm that you are of sound mind and legally able to enter into a binding agreement/contract; you are of or over the legally required age to purchase fireworks or any other product offered for sale on this website and that you are not restricted from possessing/using any products that are listed for sale on this website that you intend to purchase.

All the fireworks that we sell conform to the current regulations (with exception to products sold as collector's items and/or memorabilia) and should be in an acceptable state that is fit for purpose. In the unfortunate event that you receive any products in an unsatisfactory, damaged or deformed condition you must notify us as soon as possible. Any products supplied to you are done so on the condition that they are used for the intended purpose(s), used in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions and in a way/manner that does not breach any laws, regulations or bye laws.

In the event of our non-compliance with these terms and conditions, we will only be liable to any business(es) for the price of the product(s) they receive. We will not be liable for any costs incurred to or losses suffered by any business as a result of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions, even if the cost(s)/loss(es) were a foreseeable consequence of our breaching of these terms and conditions.

Any products supplied to you are for private/domestic use only. You agree that we are not liable for any loss of profit or business; or potential profit or business.

Click and Collect/Pick-up Terms

Upon placing your order, please contact us during our stated opening times (Click here for opening times) to arrange a time and date to collect your order. All orders must be collected by the person in whose name the order was placed. You must bring photo ID to prove your identity, we will turn you away if you are unable to present an acceptable form of identification. Please inspect your order whist in the shop and inform us of any missing items, items which are damaged, defective or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition immediately.

For orders placed online but not paid online, we will hold your order for a period of three days, within which time we will attempt to contact you via telephone or email (please check your spam/junk folder), if we have been unable to contact you and you have not made contact with us within those three days to arrange collection, we will release your order back into stock and will not be able guarantee stock if you do come to collect your order.  If you arrange a time and date to collect your order but do not collect it at the arranged time, we will hold your stock for a further three days, if we have not been able to make contact with you to re-arrange a collection time, we will release your order back into stock.

Delivery Terms

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to arrange a date and time slot for you to accept delivery of your order. The order must be received at the specified address by a person over the age of 18 years. If no one is present or no one over the age of 18 is present, this will result in a failed delivery. If a failed delivery is rescheduled, another delivery fee must be charged. The charge for a rescheduled delivery may be greater than the initial delivery fee. Alternatively, we can arrange for you collect your order from our shop- Rotherham Fireworks, 62-64 Rawmarsh Hill, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S62 6EU.

We have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point.

We shall be relieved of our duty to fulfil any contract or part of any contract in the event of any reasonably unforeseeable act such as, but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, acts of government, failure by any supplier or third party contractor or epidemic/pandemic.

Our special deals are subject to availability, If an item has sold out in tge special deal package,  then it will be replaced by a similar priced item.

In the event that any term(s) or condition(s) set out above is/are invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.

We are not liable for any damage to property or persons caused by any faulty fireworks purchased from us. In such unfortunate instances we refer you to the manufacturer/importer, whose details can be found on the packaging of the fireworks.
